Abruzzese Salami
A traditional salami from the Abruzzo region with a decidedly spicy aroma. Made from fresh 100% Italian pork that's finely ground and seasoned with milled white pepper and lots of whole black peppercorns. Cylindrical in shape with a natural, hand strung casing. Mellow-flavoured with an intense fragrance, Abruzzese goes beautifully with a full-bodied red wine.
